Patch Setting Details

PATCH /v1/settings/1nceos/:name/details

Patches a single detail field of a 1NCE OS setting. Exactly one field is accepted per setting:

ADVANCED_CELL_TOWER_LOCATION: mode (only CUSTOM is accepted).
CELL_TOWER_LOCATION: frequency, the global cell-tower resolution frequency in minutes as an integer within 60 to 1440 inclusive.
